Test tools


I recommend to prepare some test tools to hardware test and check.

In this case I have maken two test tools.
I have checked input state with DIP switch board instead of sensor.
I have tested output control with LED board instead of actuator.


DIP switch board instead of sensor
This DIP switch has four individual toggle bits.
Those wires are connected to interface board.



If you set switch state ON, close circuit and turn on LED
which is in interface board.

LED board instead of actuator
Those LEDs emulate actuator performance.
Those wires are connected to interface board.



If send logical 'H' level signal from GPIO port, turn on LED.
This LED is indicator to activate actuator.
